By accessing or using iplify ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including pastors, ministry teams, educators, corporate users, and any other individuals accessing iplify services.
iplify is a Speech Intelligence Platform that processes audio, video, and transcript content to generate media packages including but not limited to: email digests, key points, quote packs, study guides, audience editions, social clip guides, and reflection questions.
We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. Features and output volumes vary by plan.
You own your content. iplify does not claim ownership of any speeches, lectures, or other content you submit. Your words remain yours.
By submitting content to iplify, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not store, republish, sell, or share your content with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to any content you submit. Content uploaded without permission from the original creator is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
You agree not to use iplify to:
iplify uses artificial intelligence to process and generate content from your submissions. While we work to ensure accuracy and quality, all AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you before publication or distribution.
iplify is not responsible for inaccuracies, misquotations, or errors in AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sharing it publicly. We strongly recommend using the review features built into the Platform before publishing any package.
Quotes and scripture references in generated content are extracted from your submitted material. If a quote is inaccurate, it is your responsibility to correct it using the editing tools provided before publishing.
The free tier includes 2 uploads per month with access to core outputs. No credit card is required for the free tier.
Paid plans unlock additional uploads, advanced outputs, and team features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not offer partial refunds.
Your use of iplify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The iplify name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of iplify and its founders. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the Platform's design or branding without written permission.
The outputs generated from your content belong to you. The templates, frameworks, and processes used to generate those outputs remain the property of iplify.
iplify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to iplify in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
